Items can be returned under the following circumstance:
1) If the item is received by the customer having been damaged in transit, it will be replaced by Handmade Revolution with an identical item within 2 weeks of receiving the damaged item back. Items damaged in transit must be photographed by the customer upon receipt and those images should be sent to Handmade Revolution. The item must then be shipped back to Handmade Revolution within 7 business days after the item is received by the customer. Handmade Revolution will cover any shipping expenses incurred in sending the item back to Handmade Revolution and in sending out the replacement item to the customer.
2) If the item is too big or too small, but has been shipped correctly based on the customers order, it can be exchanged with Handmade Revolution for an item of the correct size as long as it is sent back within 7 days of receipt in good condition. Handmade Revolution will not reimburse the shipping costs in such a case. In a case where Handmade Revolution has sent the wrong size in error, the cost of shipping the replacement item and the cost of the return shipping to Handmade Revolution will be covered by Handmade Revolution.
3) If the item breaks within the first month of use, due to a manufacturing error it can be exchanged for an identical item or store credit. The damage must be documented photographically and then the item should be returned to Handmade Revolution. If Handmade Revolution discovers that the breakage is indeed due to manufacturing error, the replacement shipping will be covered by Handmade Revolution. In cases where inappropriate handling on the part of the customer seems to be at fault for the damage, the item will not be replaced and no store credit will be issued. All of Handmade Revolution's decisions on such matters are final.
4) Any other situations where a return is requested will be dealt with on a case by case basis,
